FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I have my own transportation, is there a place I can rent just the gear?

    If you have your own transportation and would simply like to rent snorkeling gear, call us to arrange delivery to and from the hotel. We do suggest that you purchase the transportation package as this will greatly reduce the risk of driving during peak tourist seasons and eliminate any further frustrations with parking and not knowing exactly where to go for the best experience.

  2. Do I need to make a reservation?

    We suggest that you make your reservation 48 hours in advance. However, we accept same day reservations by calling us at 808-888-2411.

  3. Can I rent snorkeling equipment from you?

    Yes. We have a variety of snorkel equipment as well as other beach items to help you enjoy your day. You can reserve your equipment by calling us for details.  808-888-2411

  4. Is there a fee to enter the beach park where we're going?

       There is non entrance fees to any of the locations that we take you to snorkel at.​

   5. What should I bring on the tour?​

       Swimwear, sunscreen, and towel.  A light snack is recommended.  Stay hydrated is also a good recommendation.

   6. Do you have life vest for those that would want one?

       We do have life vest available for an additional fee of $15.00, while supplies last

   7. Do you have Beach Chairs for rental?

       We do have beach chairs to rent at $15.00, while supplies last.

   8. Is there anywhere to buy food or drinks while on location?

       There are restaurant/s in the area.  Water fountains, restrooms, and showers are on site.

   9. Are there life guards on duty?

       Life Guards are on duty.  Staffing issues may limit their presence at times.

10.  Is this tour guided?  Does the driver stay with us the entire time?

       This is NON guided tour you can go where ever you choose.  We just ask that you meet the driver on time to depart.

11.  What if I have a ride back to the hotel and don't need the roundtrip transportation.  

       Let your driver know your intentions and we'll work on how to get the equipment returned.

12.  What if I lose or break the equipment?

       We understand wear tear will occur with the equipment.  However, we ask that it be returned in workable order.

       If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, the renter will be held liable for the replacement cost up to $180 per set.
